Payment & Office Policies
Cost
The cost of your treatment is determined by the complexity of your dental condition. You’ll have the chance to review fees and explore payment options before treatment begins. We offer flexible payment plans to suit a range of budgets. Additionally, we accept assignments from most insurance plans and will handle all necessary paperwork on your behalf. Our focus is on making dental care affordable and ensuring you receive the full benefit of your insurance coverage.
Fees
To keep fees reasonable while maintaining the highest standard of care, we’ve outlined the following financial policy:
- If you choose to pay in full at the beginning of treatment, we offer a discount as no further bookkeeping is needed.
- For more extensive treatments, financial arrangements can be made to spread payments over several months.
- For your convenience, we accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will work with you to help determine the coverage available. While our commitment is to provide quality care directly to you, the responsibility for payment lies between you and your insurance company. In some cases, insurance may cover less than the full cost of treatment. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.
We accept the assignment of benefits, which allows your insurance provider to pay us directly, and we will bill you for any remaining amount. Our team is happy to assist with filing claims and addressing insurance questions from our office.
